How gambling becomes routine for women

About the resource

The role of convenience, access, and daily routines

This research shows how gambling is embedded in everyday environments and routines, making participation feel easy, familiar, and normal over time.

This research was conducted virtually across Ngunnawl Country (the Australian Capital Territory)(ACT) and Wurundjeri Country (Melbourne, Victoria). We acknowledge and pay our respect to their elders past and present.

Thank you to  the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission for funding this research to prioritise responses to the normalisation of gambling for women.
